Whitney is the heart behind Under the Gable. She created this business from her love of making spaces feel beautiful, welcoming and truly lived in. Her years in Retail Visual Merchandising and Store Design shaped her eye for detail, balance, flow and the power of thoughtful presentation. It also taught her how to transform spaces in ways that feel both intentional and inviting.
After 25 years in the retail field and corporate world, she realized the work where she found the most joy was helping friends and family design spaces they love. While building her career, she was creating dream rooms, refreshing homes, and offering design guidance whenever she could...and eventually knew she wanted to turn that passion into a profession.
From styling and staging to hosting gatherings, we believe great design doesn't have to be complicated. It should feel warm, effortless and uniquely yours! Our goal at Under the Gable is to help you create a home that brings comfort, beauty and connection under one roof.
